1. General Overview
At PrimePulse Media LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing, branding, and content creation services. Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and intellectual labor that cannot be returned or recovered once delivered, we maintain a strict refund policy.
By purchasing our services or subscribing to our monthly packages (such as Starter Pulse, Growth Pulse, or Authority Pulse), you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Monthly Subscription Services
For ongoing monthly services (including social media management, retainer-based content creation, and paid advertising management):
- No Refunds on Rendered Services: We do not offer refunds for any month where work has already commenced or been delivered.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the terms of our Cancellation Policy. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle, as resources are allocated at the beginning of each cycle.
- Setup Fees: Any initial setup fees, onboarding costs, or strategy development fees are strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun.
3. Project-Based & Custom Services
For one-off projects such as website design, specific campaign launches, or distinct branding packages:
- Initial Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your project slot and initiate the discovery/strategy phase.
- Mid-Project Cancellations: If you choose to terminate a project before completion, you will be billed for the pro-rated amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments made beyond the pro-rated amount will be refunded.
- Completed Projects: Absolutely no refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been handed over or the project is deemed complete.
4. Paid Advertising Spend
Please note that any funds paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) for ad spend are completely independent of PrimePulse Media LLC. We cannot refund ad spend, nor are we responsible for any refund requests directed at those third-party platforms.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction
We want you to be thrilled with our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please refer to the revision limits outlined in your specific Service Agreement. We will work diligently within those agreed-upon parameters to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Dissatisfaction with aesthetic choices or strategic direction does not qualify for a refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. If PrimePulse Media LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to an error entirely on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund or provide a credit toward future services.
