3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best possible results, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, branding assets, and information required for the project.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approval. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted project timelines.
• Ensure that any materials provided to PrimePulse Media LLC (images, text, logos) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Payment Terms

All pricing is presented in USD unless otherwise noted. By subscribing to our monthly packages or accepting a project proposal, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Retainers: Monthly services (Starter, Growth, Authority Pulse packages) are billed upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Projects: One-off projects typically require a non-refundable deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed-upon milestones.
• Late Payments: PrimePulse Media LLC reserves the right to pause services, withhold deliverables, or temporarily suspend ad campaigns if invoices are not paid within the specified timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client is granted ownership of the final designs, written content, and digital assets created specifically for their project.
• Working Files: PrimePulse Media LLC retains ownership of all working files, drafts, templates, and proprietary strategies used to create the final deliverables.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional digital growth, PrimePulse Media LLC cannot guarantee specific financial results, exact lead volumes, or precise follower counts, as these depend on market variables beyond our control.

In no event shall PrimePulse Media LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise. PrimePulse Media LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your use of our services.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the business relationship in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific Service Agreement. PrimePulse Media LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms & Conditions, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to meet payment obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrimePulse Media LLC is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located therein for the resolution of any disputes.
