1. Digital Delivery Only
PrimePulse Media LLC operates exclusively as a digital media and marketing agency. We provide digital services including, but not limited to, brand strategy, social media management, content creation, web design, and digital advertising.
As such, we do not ship any physical products. All deliverables, reports, and completed projects are delivered electronically.
2. Methods of Delivery
Depending on the nature of the project and the services rendered, digital deliverables will be provided to you via one or more of the following methods:
- Email: Direct delivery of documents, reports, or smaller media assets.
- Cloud Storage Links: Secure links via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services for large files, videos, and bulk content delivery.
- Client Portals or Project Management Tools: Uploads directly to collaborative workspaces such as Notion, Asana, Trello, or customized client dashboards.
- Direct Account Access: Publishing content directly to your social media accounts, website CMS (like WordPress/Elementor), or ad accounts as authorized.
3. Delivery Timelines
Because every brand and project is unique, delivery timelines vary based on the scope of work and the specific service package you have selected:
- Monthly Retainer Services: Deliverables for ongoing packages (e.g., Starter Pulse, Growth Pulse) are provided on a recurring schedule agreed upon during the onboarding phase. This typically includes monthly content calendars and performance reports.
- Project-Based Work: For one-time projects like brand strategy or website builds, a custom timeline with specific milestones and a final delivery date will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement or Proposal.
Please note that prompt delivery on our end often requires timely feedback, approvals, and necessary asset provision from the client. Delays in client communication may result in corresponding delays in final delivery.
4. Acceptance of Deliverables
Upon delivery of digital assets, clients are encouraged to review the files immediately. If there are any issues with file accessibility, formatting, or if revisions are needed (in accordance with the revision policy stated in your Service Agreement), please notify us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
5. International "Shipping"
Because all our services are delivered electronically via the internet, we proudly serve clients globally. There are no geographical restrictions, customs fees, or physical shipping costs associated with our deliveries.
