Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview
At PrimePulse Media LLC, we value the partnerships we build with our clients. Because we allocate dedicated time, resources, and team members to your account in advance, we require standard notice periods for any cancellations to ensure a smooth transition and wrap-up of services.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly subscription packages (such as our Starter Pulse, Growth Pulse, and Authority Pulse plans), the following cancellation terms apply:
- Notice Period: We require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing date to cancel your monthly retainer.
- Final Billing Cycle: If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice before your next billing date, you will be billed for one final cycle. We will continue to provide full services and deliver all agreed-upon content during this final 30-day period.
- How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your dedicated account manager or to info@primepulsemediallc.com.
3. Project-Based Services
For one-off projects with defined scopes (e.g., website builds, specific branding packages, or standalone marketing campaigns):
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before any discovery, strategy, or design work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative setup fees. Initial deposits, however, are generally non-refundable.
- During the Project: If you cancel a project while it is in progress, PrimePulse Media LLC will calculate the pro-rated cost of the labor, strategy, and materials completed up to the date of cancellation. You will be billed for this amount. If your initial deposit covers more than the work completed, the difference will be refunded.
- Project Handoff: Upon cancellation and payment of the final pro-rated invoice, any completed assets or working drafts will be handed over to you.
4. Pausing Services
We understand that business needs fluctuate. If you need to temporarily pause your monthly retainer instead of cancelling entirely, please reach out to us. We allow clients to pause services for up to 30 days without penalty, provided a 14-day written notice is given before the next billing cycle. Extended pauses may require a reactivation fee.
5. Agency Initiated Cancellation
PrimePulse Media LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services immediately in the event of:
- Failure to pay outstanding invoices within the agreed-upon grace period.
- Breach of our Terms & Conditions or specific Service Agreements.
- Unprofessional, abusive, or uncooperative behavior that prevents our team from fulfilling their duties.
6. Offboarding and Asset Handoff
Upon the effective date of cancellation and the clearance of all outstanding invoices:
- PrimePulse Media LLC will provide a final package of all completed digital assets.
- We will systematically remove our agency and team members' access from your social media accounts, ad accounts, websites, and hosting platforms.
- We recommend that you change your passwords for any platforms we previously accessed as a standard security best practice.
